1. Introduction

Welcome to Micro-Aviation.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Micro-Aviation LLC, located at 52091 W Dune Shadow, Maricopa, AZ 85139. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. 5. Payment and Services

Micro-Aviation LLC offers various drone inspection and aerial imaging services that may require payment. By selecting a service, you agree to pay Micro-Aviation LLC the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a service and will cover the use of that service for the specified period.

6. ACH Payment Authorization

By providing your bank information, you authorize Micro-Aviation LLC to initiate ACH debit entries to your account for payment of goods and services. This authorization will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to cancel it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Micro-Aviation LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or any services provided by Micro-Aviation LLC.

8. Changes to the Terms

Micro-Aviation LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
